Mandatory Documents

- ✓Developer NOC: Required from Nakheel/Community Management.
- ✓Soil Investigation: Required for major villa extensions.
Approvals Strategy
For residential zones like Palm Jumeirah or Jumeirah Park, Trakhees enforces strict 'Setback' rules. Extensions cannot infringe on neighbors' privacy or boundary limits. Always secure the 'Authority to Proceed' (ATP) before mobilization.
Pro Tip
For swimming pools, ensure the backwash connection is linked to the sewerage system, not the storm water drain.
